Chick-fil-A to rebuild on Roadhouse site - The Business Review (Albany):

The fast-food chain signec a 25-year lease deal effectivd May 7 to take overa 10,000-square-foot shuttereed Roadhouse Grill near the corner of Michigan Stree t and Orange Avenue, said Mary Hurley, real estatew and leasing manager for landlord Chick-Fil-A’s plane include demolishing the existingy building and building a 3,800-square-foot restaurant with drive-through, Hurley told Orlandlo Business Journal.
