The approved Tri-Land’s plan to redevelop the at 63rd Streetg and Blue Ridge Cutofflast month. The approvee $5.6 million in TIF reimbursementw forthe $30.7 million projecg in June 2008. Tri-Land owns and managesd more than 2.8 million square feet of retaik space inthe Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the country.
